Message from President:
The development education is the key element of community development through the government running primary education in each union of Chittagong Hill Tracts. Yet a large number of poor marginalized children remained outside of receiving primary education in several hard to reach areas of the unions. To increase literacy rate and to ensure primary education to each of the poor illiterate child Pugobel is also constantly making efforts in rural areas of Langadu Upazilla along with BRAC. I think it will need more time to remove illiteracy from the society, because the infrastructure of rural union is still far reach due to backward communication it is difficult to reach to all of the rural villages of the hard reach areas children.   The extreme poor families children are very often engaged in household works instead of sending them to the schools, so public awareness motivation and close service orientation are essential to these backward communicated areas. Besides this lack of regular funds flows of the small NGO is also a risk and barrier of effective implementation of the educational projects in these rural projected areas. So, I draw attention to the donors to increase funding to the grassroots level local community based NGOs which directly reach to the rural areas and I think, if the local community based NGOs, COs think-tanks are engaged in rural development programs through making capacities and increasing availability funds, the achievement   of MDGs will be expedited.
In conclusion, I thank to BRAC, DANIDA and NGO Forum for their financial and in-kind supports for our development projects and I also thank to our patrons, individual donor and the members of organization who contributed to the development project under taken by this Kapo Seba Sangha organization and hope to receive the same contribution from you.

In conclusion, I thank to BRAC, DANIDA and NGO Forum for their financial and in-kind supports for our development projects and I also thank to our patrons, individual donors and the members of Kapo Seba Sangha who contributed to the development project undertaken by this PUGOBEL organization and hope to receive the same contribution from you in the future..

Message from President:
Since inception, the Kapo Seba Sangha l organization undertaken community-based educational programs, established 15 community-based primary schools collaborating with the community peoples of the and finally BRAC came forward to support our valuable causes supporting cash and in-kinds in our educational programs since 2006. "Education is the spine of a nation" proverb is a true valuable word, no one nation can be developed without education. As our country is the poorest amongst the developing countries of the world, it is because; the literacy rate is so low in south-east Asian countries. So, to reduce poverty, first we need education, the education can be rendered the population into the  valuable human resources, skilled educated men and women can lead the country to the top developed  nation. For above reason, Kapo Seba Sangha trying to reduce illiteracy from the society by educating the marginalized extreme poor children, dropped out children and disadvantaged children by providing  non-formal and formal primary educational facilities, re-schooling and supporting their families in our development  programs to increase their income so that  their children can continue their education and  rebuild their lives.
The marginalized community peoples do not access to required information on the scopes of obtaining free health, sanitation, education and other development ,  further, the extreme poor people do not have the spare of time to go to the Upazila and district head quarters to have such health related information for their ill family members for better treatment and when their patients become serious at that time they have to take them to the district hospitals and need much time and money to reach to the district hospitals/clinics, to manage  such amount of money can be collected by selling their only beasts. on the other hand, if the only incoming family members are engaged with the patients treatment, the other family members have face hunger without sufficient food.

The mentioned above situations/problems are always evolved the rural poor families who need complete free health care service at their door steps, so I would like to encourage the health service-providing institutions to go and provide health facilities to the extreme poor peoples of  backward communicated areas of CHT.
